The EAT Cafe is looking for line cooks, servers and utility workers/dishwashers. For full job descriptions, please see the links below. While we will consider all qualified applicants, please note that we will give preference to qualified applicants from the West Philadelphia community, particularly residents of the neighborhoods in immediate proximity to the EAT Café.

Line Cook:

The Line Cook will accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, sauces and other food products, as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items, and preparing appropriate garnishes for all menu item plates. Server:

The Server will deliver friendly, efficient and responsive service while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our customers with a key aim of retaining and attracting new customers in the community and beyond. Utility Worker/Dishwasher:

The Utility Worker/Dishwasher will wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keep dish-room, pot sink and equipment clean and organized. Assist the Line Cook with all food preparation and cooking while maintain general cleaning of all back of house areas.
