Mardi Gras Dinner @ EAT Café 2/24/19
Chef Valerie Erwin is serving a Mardi Gras menu at EAT Cafe on Sunday February 24th. Come and taste EAT's take on a traditional New Orleans menu. Everyone will be seated, family style at 6:30. Space is very limited, make reservations here.

Dinner is $48 plus tax, due the day of the dinner.
Grillades & grits: Braised Creole beef on stoneground grits
BBQ Shrimp: Jumbo shrimp sauteed in spicy butter. Baguette toasts
Gumbo: Rich NOLA style stew with duck confit and duck sausage. Anson Mills rice
Bibb lettuce and Belgian endive salad. Blood oranges
Calas Banana Foster: Sweet rice beignet topped with vanilla ice cream and bananas flambeed in rum.
EAT Cafe is a not for profit restaurant located in West Philadelphia. Events such as the Mardi Gras dinner, help EAT Cafe support its mission of serving pay-what-you-can dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
