Philly Voice features EAT Cafe's in Vetri, Drexel partner for Philadelphia's first pay-what-you-can restaurant. Journalist Patricia Madej speaks with the Center for Hunger-Free Communities' Deputy Director Victoria Egan about our unique model, partnerships, and fundraising efforts. Egan explains EAT Cafe's vision stating, “Too often, programs that serve people who are hungry can be very isolating. At the EAT Café, we hope to bring people together and create a space for them to connect.”
